With over four years of experience, Hannah has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive strategic goals, enhance contractor performance, and foster impactful relationships with stakeholders.
Hannah brings to the organization a proven ability to optimize contractor operations through innovative strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving operational excellence. Her expertise in aligning operational systems with organizational goals, coupled with her skill in resource management and KPI monitoring, ensures scalable solutions and improved performance across the board. By fostering collaboration and leveraging her experience in team leadership, Hannah enhances efficiency and strengthens the organization’s capacity to meet its objectives effectively.
Previously, Hannah led a team of proprietary field researchers, criminal data processors, and external vendor networks as a Criminal Operations Market Manager at InformData. Her achievements include streamlining operational processes and delivering cost-saving strategies that scaled business operations efficiently. Hannah’s leadership ensured consistent SLA compliance and exceeded performance expectations across diverse teams and projects. Hannah made a notable impact with her involvement in the company's expansion into providing solutions within the Government Sector.
Hannah holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Valley State University, and an Associate of Science in Business & Economics from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. She is committed to driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and achieving excellence in contractor development. Aside from her career, Hannah and her husband Matt have three children and reside in the West Georgia area. The Waldrop Family is known for their love of the great outdoors and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
